Requirement
- IP Audio Broadcasting system across 119 locations in Meghalaya State (places like Markets, Schools, Public places, Govt. offices, Traffic junctions, etc.)
- Announcements, schemes, flood alert information, etc., to be broadcasted from Central Control Room(DIPR) to 119 locations across Meghalaya state.
- Monitoring of the units from remote locations.
Solution Offered
- The system employs state-of-the art robust technology in which the remotest areas of the state are also connected through the use of loudspeakers, using IP based connections.
- System has been successfully used by Government to communicate the messages directly to people without any alterations by media.
- Some of the locations fully run on solar power
- Mobile van facility for paging
- Utilization of existing MSWAN network
- All kinds of connectivity used (like Broadband, Wimax, etc.,)
