Requirements

• The client required a comprehensive music streaming and paging system for their 19-floor and 6-floor buildings, covering approximately 380 rooms and common corridors.
• Seamless music streaming and paging across the entire hospital.
• Multiple music channels with the ability to select channels and adjust volume in each room, floor, and corridor.
• Creation of over 450 paging zones.
• High-quality music support with various codecs (MP3 CBR/VBR, up to 320 kbps, 8-48 kHz sample frequency, PCM (L16, uLaw, aLaw).
• Music to be overridden only in selected zones for paging purposes. In remaining locations, music will continue to play.
• Background music playback to be enabled or disabled in specific zones from the control room.

• Provided a separate VLAN network for this system.
